Well you probably haven’t heard about Pocophone before (we neither), it’s Xiaomi’s (like mi max 3) sub-brand. And the Pocophone F1 is there first phone. It’s CHEAP, has a really good camera, high performance hardware, and a super battery life. Do we need more? Is it enough? Let’s check it out.
Design and Display
Building quality is just like high and phones. There is a notch on the front of Pocophone F1. A fingerprint reader under the double cameras at the back. On the bottom you can see the USB Type C and JACK (Tanks Xiaomi), Sadly no water resistance but the price tag make it up for us.
The 6.18” 18.7:9 ratio Full Screen Display has FULL HD 2246×1080, resolution (403 ppi). No oled but the brightness is good and the screen is so colourful.
There is nothing to complain about the specs. Snapdragon 845, 6gb of ram, 128gb of storage, new liquid cooling system, fast (but not the fastest fingerprint reader) and a huge 4000mah battery which will lasts for more than a day for sure. Well these looks as well on paper as in terms of performance. Speakers are not stereo but not the best at all.
Double cameras on the back, 12MP AI and dual pixel technology with 1.4 μm sensor and a 5MP. Photos are good, especially if you consider the price, videos are smooth and acceptable. The 20MP selfie camera promises clearer and brighter selfies, and also gives you a bokeh effect.
Well, did i say it’s CHEAP? It’s less than 300 dollars which is amazing and unbelievable for this specs sheet and real life per performance. If you do not care of waterproofing, and want a fast smartphone with a great selfie camera and a higher than mid-range photography capability, this is the best phone for you!
